Can you send me a brochure?
We do not have a printed brochure. We only have an online brochure as we find this cost effective thus keeping our prices as low as possible
How can I order my wedding stationery?
If you wish to order you can do so by downloading and completing an order form which are available in word or pdf format.
When you have completed the order form please return it complete with cheque for 50% of the total price. When we have received payment we will send you one of each item you have ordered. This is to allow you to check the wording and colours to ensure everything is to your satisfaction before we begin your order. Once you are happy with these you can confirm in writing and we will proceed to make your invitations.
I really love your designs but my bridesmaids are wearing blue and I would like my stationery to match their dresses. Would it be possible to have the design in Blue?
Of course, we want you to be as involved in the design process as you wish and as each design is handmade there are many different permutations possible, so you can choose from a range of colours, designs, and shapes. This allows you to match your stationery to different aspects of you wedding. It is the fine attention to detail that will help bring your special day together, and make it what it should be, one of the most memorable days of your life.
How do I choose the right typeface and colour?
Each of our designs comes with either Gold or Silver Wording on the front and inserts are written in black. However if you would like to change these please contact us and we will try to accommodate your request.
What design should I choose?
Your wedding stationery is the first glimpse of your special day that you give to your guests, so you want to choose it carefully. You will need to think about the overall theme of your wedding.
What wedding stationery do I need?
Each design is available as a complete range:
Wedding invitations are traditionally sent out by the bride's parents, however nowadays it is just as likely to be the couple themselves. If divorced parents are hosting the wedding, wording can get complicated but the overall style remains the same. We have a range of wording for you to choose from or if you would prefer you could compose your own for a more personal touch
Evening Invitations are used when there are additional guests invited to the evening reception. They are normally sent out at the same time as the invitations giving guests plenty of time to make arrangements and also to avoid any confusion as to which part of the celebration to which guests are invited
Orders of Service are given out to guests before the ceremony by the ushers. They state the order of the ceremony including entrance music, hymns, prayers, marriage and benediction. You should supply one per couple and extra for the clergy and choir.
Menus can be used for either a sit down meal or buffet. They let the guests know what the food and drink arrangements are. Menus should be printed for each table.
Thank You Cards should be sent after you return from honeymoon, to thank your guests for joining you on your special day, and for their gifts.
Place Cards are used at the reception to indicate where each guest should sit.
When should I order my wedding stationery and when should I send out the invitations?
We advise that invitations should be sent out no later than 6 weeks prior to your wedding day, however 12 weeks is probably best during the busy summer months. In order for you to receive your order in plenty of time we would like at least 8 weeks to produce your invitations, that's 20 weeks before your big day but obviously the more notice you give, the better.
How many should I order?
Remember when ordering your stationery that although you may be inviting 100 guests you will not need 100 invitations. Lots of your guests will be couples who can be given one invitation, as can families who live in the same house. It is also a good idea to order a few extra day and evening invitations to allow for any mistakes when addressing them.
What if I don’t know the details for the order of service/menu but need the invitations?
Your order will be treated as two separate orders.
1. the invitations
2. the other for the Order of Service, Menus etc.
Please note: we will require the details for your remaining items at least 6 weeks before the final delivery date (which can be after you have sent out the invitations), if this is a problem please contact us to discuss.
