Ordering/Samples

At least 12 weeks prior to requiring your wedding day invitations, order your chosen samples by downloading the samples order form and posting payment to us.

We will post your samples to you within 7 working days. At this time, you will also receive an order form. Alternatively, you can download the order from here. If you don't have adobe acrobat reader, email us and we will email you an order form in word document format.

We highly recommend you place your order as soon as possible, in order to secure your preferred slot in our diary.

We will aim to complete your order (subject to information being available from you and time of year) within 8 weeks of receiving the final payment. Please let us know if you need your order sooner and we will discuss your requirements with you.

Safety

None of the stationery designs are suitable for young children as some feature small parts.

Proofing

A full set of proofs will be sent to you within approximately 7 working days of receiving your deposit.

This is your chance to make sure that you have achieved exactly the look you require.
Any amendments to the proofs will be sent to you free of charge.

If changes are made after your signed proofs have been returned charges may be incurred. Once the proofs have been returned to us, we then start making your order.  We will contact you as soon as your order is complete to arrange delivery.

Payment & Payment Security

Just Us require a minimum of 50% deposit before any work commences, (unless orders are placed less than 6 weeks prior to the wedding date then full payment is required). This deposit is non refundable. The final balance will be payable upon acceptance of the final proofs and prior to manufacture. We accept payment by cheque made payable to J Matthews.

Refunds/Cancellations

We will not refund or exchange goods unless they are faulty and work on replacement stationery will not commence until all items in question are returned to the address on our contacts page. In the event of any cancellation Just Us have the right to retain the 50% deposit. If cancellation is made after work has commenced, we reserve the right to keep the final payment, to cover any additional costs we may have incurred.

All designs are individually hand crafted so occasionally slight differences may occur. However, we do endeavour to keep all our designs the same.

Order of Service Hymn Copyright

Unfortunately, there are a selection of hymns, which are still under copyright and will require permission and even a possible fee for the hymn to be printed. This fee should be paid direct to the copyright owners by you.

You may wish to check with your Church to see if they hold a CCL (Church Copyright Licence), the fees may be waived on some Hymns. Please check with your Church.

All copyrights such as hymns are for 70 years, even after the death of the originator, and during that period, it is illegal to reproduce any works without permission from the copyright holder.  You will need to request permission from the copyright holder to which there is a charge of between £10.00 and £25.00. This charge is made direct to the copyright holder or even an appointed agent. To find out if a hymn is under copyright you would normally find this information at the bottom on the hymn’s page.
However, due to the age of some of the hymns the copyright probably doesn't exist. Details can be obtained from your church.

If you are still unsure the safest thing to do is to just have to hymn title and page number/hymn number printed on your Order of Service and use the hymn books provided by the church.
